JANA RAJCOVA is a writer and a documentary photographer.

She has a Master's in Documentary Photography and Photojournalism from the University of Westminster, London, United Kingdom.

Jana is devoted to document those everyday simple yet special moments, as well as moments when we are at the lowest point of our lives. This passion runs throughout her personal work which expands to the coverage of the more contemporary issues in her home country and abroad. The main subjects across her work are themes of humanity, religion or the environment and changes to the environment, which she translates into her own experiences. She creates framework for the human to reflect on the consequences of our decisions and actions. She thrives to create a dialogue between her and her subjects while finding new perspectives and provoking critical views to stimulate the thinking of the viewer.
